Whitefield School's Silent Auction

The Whitefield PTA is holding a silent auction. The silent auction will be open to the public Tuesday and Wednesday, April 30 and May 1, for bidding from 5 to 8 p.m. Bids will close at 7:30 p.m. on May 2, the night of the Whitefield School's Education Celebration.

We encourage the public to come and bid April 30 and May 1 but welcome them to come and place final bids on May 2 from 7 to 7:30 p.m.

There are more than 120 items to be sold at the auction and include gift certificates for oil changes, restaurants, hair cuts, tools and much more.

There are items for men, women and children. All proceeds will directly help replace the pressure-treated playground that is 25+ years old and is becoming a hazard to our children and the community.

The silent auction takes place at the Whitefield Elementary School, 164 Grand Army Rd. (Route 126) Whitefield from 5 to 8 p.m. There is something for everyone.

Come one, come all. Bid high for the best chance to win the items you want. If unable to attend the auction but interested in making a donation to the playground fund, please mail checks to: Whitefield PTA playground fund, C/O Whitefield School, 164 Grand Army Rd., Whitefield, 04353. High bidders will be notified and pick up will be Friday, May 3 and Monday, May 6 from 6 to 8 p.m.

Thank you for your support. If you have any questions please contact Lisa Kalloch at 660-7583 or Anthony Anderson at 441-9738.
