Section VII: Definitions.
(1)Add new definition for: "Resubdivision" and "Subdivision Owner."
Section IX: Subdivision Approval Procedures and Requirements.
(2)Add new Sub-section on the procedure for resubdivision.
SHORELAND ZONING ORDINANCE:
Section 12.C.1: Non-conforming Structures.
(3)30% rule for expansion of non-conforming structures: Delete 30% volume expansion and substitute maximum square footage or 30% expansion from 1989 footprint, whichever larger.
Section 15.B.1.b: Principal and Accessory Structures.
(4)Along Great Salt Bay extend combined frontage and setback of structures to total to at least 500 feet but with at least a 125 foot setback to all shorefront lots not just lots in subdivisions.

Persons planning to attend the hearing or to make a statement at the hearing are requested to notify the Authority in writing no later than May 23, 2014.

Persons wishing to make written comments are requested to provide the written comments to the Authority before the hearing. Written comments will also be accepted at the hearing.
