Waldoboro Police Report

Waldoboro officers responded to 202 calls for service in this time period and report the following:

Complaints and investigations
April 9, Officer John Lash is investigating a report of theft of approximately $3000 worth of fishing equipment.

April 15, Officer Jeffery Fuller is investigating a report of theft of medication.

Arrests and summonses
April 10, Officer John Lash summoned a 13-year-old male for domestic violence criminal threatening.

April 10, Officer John Lash arrested Terry Gifford, 59, of Waldoboro, for burglary and criminal mischief.

April 11, Officer Thomas Bartunek summoned Thomas Mullin, 54, of New Harbor, for a non-inspected motor vehicle.

April 11, Officer Thomas Bartunek arrested Robert Henthorne, 45, of Brookside Mobile Home Park, on a warrant.

April 14, Officer Jeremy Joslyn arrested Derek Gregory, 25, of Nobleboro, for operating after suspension/revocation.

Accidents
April 11, Officer Thomas Bartunek investigated an accident in the Hannaford parking lot at 4:39 p.m. involving Sarah Poland, 62, of Nobleboro, driving a 1995 Ford sedan and Michael Greenrose, 37, of Waldoboro, driving a 2010 Dodge sedan. Greenrose was parked legally in a parking space. Poland was pulling into a parking space next to Greenrose and failed to see Greenrose's door open. Poland struck Greenrose in the driver's door causing it to be pushed into the front fender. No injuries.

April 12, Officer John Lash investigated an accident on the Orff's Corner Road at 5:53 p.m. involving Thomas Keller, 65, of Washington, driving a 2004 Subaru sedan. Keller was traveling on Orff's Corner Road when a deer ran into the driver's side quarter panel. No injuries.
