Waldoboro Police Report

Waldoboro officer's responded to 127 calls for service in this time period. Below are a few of the highlights.

Complaints and investigations
Nov. 22, Sergeant Jamie Wilson is investigating a report of a burglary with some electronics taken.

Arrests and summonses
Nov. 20, Officer Larry Hesseltine arrested Dezarae McPhee, 19, of Waldoboro, on a warrant.

Nov. 23, Officer Jeffery Fuller arrested Stephen Parmley, 61, of Waldoboro, for domestic violence assault.

Accidents
Nov. 20, Officer Larry Hesseltine investigated an accident on the Union Road at 9:15 a.m. involving Raymond Ashner, 70, of Waldoboro, driving a 1999 Ford pickup. Ashner complained of pain. He was traveling south on the Union Road when he traveled off the right side of the roadway. Operator swerved to the left and over-corrected, causing him to lose control of the vehicle. The vehicle skid across the roadway and struck a utility pole, breaking it off.

Nov. 22, Officer Jeffery Fuller investigated an accident on the Wagner Bridge Road at 6:23 a.m. involving Brian Soiette, 36, of Cushing, driving a 2011 Ford sedan. No injuries. Soiette struck a deer as the deer ran across the roadway.

Nov. 23, Officer Jeffery Fuller investigated an accident on the Winslows Mills Road at 7 a.m. between Catina Faulkingham, 41, of Friendship, driving a 2003 Toyota sedan and second vehicle, a 2007 Chevrolet belonging to Richard Lane of Jefferson.

Operator Faulkingham lost control due to operating too fast for road conditions, striking the parked Chevrolet vehicle and an attached trailer on the Chevrolet and damaging both the truck and trailer. No injuries.
