Damariscotta Police Department reports the following activity:

Complaints and investigations
On Jan. 28, Deputy Chief Chad Andrews conducted a speed detail on Bristol Road.

Chief Ron Young took a complaint of harassment, with order served.

Officer Ryan Chubbuck, along with CLC Ambulance, responded to Ledgewood Court on a report of a medical emergency.

On Jan. 29, Chief Ron Young, along with CLC Ambulance, responded to Jackie's Trail on a report of a medical emergency.

Officer Jason Warlick stopped a vehicle as an assist to the Lincoln County Sheriff's Department after a reported theft at Mexicali Blues in Newcastle, and assisted in identifying the subjects; and responded to Elm Street on a report of a parking problem.

Chief Ron Young assisted a citizen with a problem with her door; and with Officer Jason Warlick met with the staff at Great Salt Bay Community School regarding drug related questions.

Officer Ryan Chubbuck responded to Main Street on a report of an erratic operation, with negative contact; and along with CLC Ambulance, responded to Bristol Road on a report of a medical emergency.

On Jan. 30, Chief Ron Young took possession of a found cell phone, located the owner and returned it.

On Jan. 31, Officer Jason Warlick conducted a speed detail on Church Street; and responded to Main Street to a doctor's office on a report of suspicious activity.

Officer John Sylvester responded to a report of an erratic operation, with negative contact; and with Deputy Chief Chad Andrews, responded to Main Street on a report of suspicious activity.

On Feb. 1, Officer Mark Graham responded to a report of an erratic operation with negative contact; and responded to Elm Street on a report of a parking problem.

Officer John Sylvester responded, along with CLC Ambulance, to Midden Way on a report of a medical emergency; responded, along with CLC Ambulance, to Schooner Cove on a report of a medical alarm.

On Feb. 2, Officer Ryan Chubbuck took a report of a burglary at a local business; conducted a 9-1-1 check on Hodgdon Street after the Lincoln County Communications Center had an abandoned 9-1-1 call.

Officer John Sylvester responded to Main Street on a report of a stray dog in the roadway.

On Feb. 3, Deputy Chief Chad Andrews took a report of a found wallet at Rising Tide; responded to a report of an erratic operation, with negative contact; and responded to the Hannaford Parking Lot on a report of a parking problem.

On Feb. 4, Chief Ron Young conducted a speed detail on Church Street.

Arrests and summonses
On Jan. 28, Derek C. McConnell, 26 of Rockland, was summoned for speeding, 47 mph in a 30 mph zone on Main Street by Officer Ryan Chubbuck.

On Jan. 29, Kristina M. Donahue, 34, of South Bristol, was summoned for operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Heater Road.

On Jan. 31, Officer Jason Warlick summoned David S. Stapp, 53, of Bremen, for speeding, 39 mph in a 25 mph zone on Church Street.

Officer John Sylvester summoned Tyler S. Plummer, 31, of Walpole, for speeding, 44 mph in a 25 mph zone on Bristol Road.

Deputy Chief Chad Andrews summoned Kirk O. Tallberg, 28, of Somerville, for failure to provide proof of insurance.

On Feb. 1, Officer John Sylvester summoned David A. Rosenfelt, 64, of Jefferson, for operating after suspension.

Officer John Sylvester arrested Kyle T. Lincoln, 27, of South Bristol, for operating under the influence, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

Deborah E. Myers, of Jefferson, was summoned by Officer John Sylvester for speeding on the Bristol Road.

Jessica L. Hall, 25, of Waldoboro, was summoned for speeding, 39 mph in a 25 mph zone on Bristol Road by Officer John Sylvester.

On Feb. 2, Sheldon H. Sanborn, 40, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Officer John Sylvester on a warrant for failure to appear in court.

Donald T. Stevenson, 73, of Round Pond, was summoned by Officer Ryan Chubbuck for improper passing on Main Street.

Officer Ryan Chubbuck summoned Ann Dearborn, 42, of Damariscotta, for operating an un-inspected motor vehicle on Church Street.

Officer John Sylvester summoned Cindy M. Landry, 45, of Nobleboro, for speeding, 39 mph in a 25 mph zone on Main Street.

On Feb. 3, Matthew K. Nickerson, 25, of Round Pond, was summoned for operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

On Feb. 4, Chief Ron Young summoned Kathleen B. Cartwright, 61, of Waldoboro, for speeding, 44 mph in a 25 mph zone on Church Street.

Accidents
On Jan. 28, Deputy Chief Chad Andrews responded to Main Street on a report of a two vehicle motor vehicle accident involving Donald Reilly, of China, and Arthur J. Travers, of Waldoboro.

Damariscotta Police Department responded to 169 calls including motor vehicle stops, arrests, calls for service, and more, during this one week period of time.
