The following cases were closed in Rockland District Court June 16 to July 11:
Gregory M. Blackler, 30, of Waldoboro, two counts of criminal trespass in Warren Sept. 18, 2012, dismissed.
Shawn Day, 19, of Damariscotta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Jan. 4, 48 hours in jail.
James E. Farrar, 40, of Bremen, elver fishing by resident (one device without a license) in Camden May 7, $2000 fine; elver fishing within 24 hours after noon Tuesday to noon Saturday in Camden May 7, $2000 fine; violation of eel requirements Chapter 32 in Camden, May 7, $150 fine and $150 suspension.
Jeremy T. Griffin, 22, of Walpole, attaching false plates in Washington Sept. 27, 2012, $500 fine.
Timothy Marsters, 21, of Waldoboro, harvesting shellfish without a license in Cushing March 3, $300 fine.
The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court June 19 to July 11:
David R. Beal, 41, of Waldoboro, aggravated assault in Warren Sept. 8, 2012, four years in prison.
Robert Lacombe Jr., 29, of Waldoboro, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation in Rockland Feb. 28, $500 fine and nine months in prison; operating under the influence in Rockland Feb. 28, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Nancy E. Mocarski Hartley, 52, Newcastle, guilty of operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 90 days, 72 hours in jail, stayed until Oct. 18, for an incident in Freeport on March 18.
Jonathan Q. Colon, 26, Dresden, guilty of attaching false plates, $100 fine, for an incident in Bath on March 26.
Lisa Gowell, 33, Wiscasset, guilty of attaching false plates, $150 fine, for an incident in Topsham on March 17.
