Court Upholds Conviction in Murder of Former Bremen Woman
The Maine Supreme Judicial Court on Feb. 2 unanimously affirmed the murder conviction of a Lewiston man.

Updated: Waldoboro Man Allegedly Held Woman Four Days
A Waldoboro man allegedly held a woman against her will for four days last month, beating and stabbing her and holding a gun to her head, according to court documents.

A Bangor man will serve 30 days in jail and two years of probation and pay $8,905.60 in restitution for stealing a diamond engagement ring in Damariscotta in June 2015.
