By Greg Latimer

Updated Feb. 18 at 9:39 p.m.

The latest in a series of winter storms dumped a moderate amount of snow on Lincoln County Tuesday night, but no major incidents had been reported at the time of this posting.

A limited number of power outages occurred along the coastline in Bremen, with one in Bristol as well.

There were a number of vehicle slide offs and one rollover on snow-covered roads during the evening hours, according to reports.

Cancellations and postponements included the Lincoln Academy Girls West B Quarterfinal Game, which was postponed to Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Portland Expo.

The Comprehensive Plan Committee Meeting in Dresden and the Somerville Selectmen's Meeting, both originally set for Tuesday night, were cancelled due to weather.

A parking ban is in effect in Boothbay Harbor until 10 a.m. Wednesday; and Damariscotta residents should park in the designated Snow Parking Area during the overnight hours and remove their vehicles by 7 a.m., according to town offices.

A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect through Wednesday at 4 a.m., according to the National Weather Service.
