Lincoln Academy girls basketball team defeated the alumni, 49-39 Friday night. The younger Eagles led 10-9 at the quarter and trailed 23-21 at the half, before out-scoring their elders, 28-16 in the second half.

Scoring for Lincoln were Leslie Sandefur 8 (6S,2R), Brie Wajer 7 (3R,2S), Chloe Hallowell 5, Jenn Genthner 5 (11R,2S), Danielle Pinkham 4, Alyx York 4 (4R,2S), Taylor Oliver 4 (3R,3S), Barrett Campbell 4 (5R,2S), Dani Pierce 4, Olivia York 2 and Sophie Schumacher 2. Ava Traina had three rebounds and two steals.

Scoring for the alumni were Katherine Bolster 10, Andrea (York) Williamson 7 (8R,2S), Laura Soohey 6, Charlotte (Whitney) Regan 5, Anna Budrow 5 (3R,1B), Gerry (Whitney) Pinkham 2 (3R), Alex Wajer 2 (6R), and Merissa Look 2. Also playing for the alumni were Kari Jones (5R), Michelle (Brazier) York, Chrissy (Yeaton) Wajer, and Kelsey Schwarz.
