Ranquist Scores 1,000th Career Point at UMF
University of Maine at Farmington senior and Medomak Valley High School graduate Lindsay Ranquist scored her 1,000th career point in UMF's 65-57 loss to Husson University Feb. 18 in conference action in Dearborn Gymnasium.

Medomak Boys Win East B Basketball Championship
Medomak Valley boys basketball team rallied from behind in the fourth quarter in the East Class B Regional finals to beat Winslow 51-48 and earn a berth in the State Class B championships.

State Class B tickets go on sale at Medomak Valley
"Tickets for the Class B State Championship game will go on sale Thursday, February 26 at 8:00 AM. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first serve basis in the main office at Medomak Valley High School. Adults $8 and Students/Senior Citizens $5. Checks must be made payable to Medomak Valley High School. Sales will run through 2:00 Friday, or until all tickets are sold. All tickets are general admission. There is no reserved seating."
