Keegan Wade Judkins

Keegan Wade Judkins, passed away peacefully at Maine Medical Center on Sept. 18 surrounded by his loving family.

He was born in Portland on Sept. 18 at 10:02 a.m. weighing 5 lbs., 6 oz. and 17 inches long, he was a beautiful baby boy. The son of Kenneth Judkins and Olivia Carter, he was their heart and soul and even though the time they spent with him was short, they know that he will always be with them every day and will always be their little boy.

He is now in the hands of our Savior God and Lord Jesus Christ and was greeted into heaven by his deceased loved ones. He shall be loved on earth as he is in heaven and the family knows that one day they will be reunited in God's Kingdom. Until that time, he will be in the hearts of all of his loved ones until the day they take their last breath.

Although you are gone, you are not forgotten, we will love and miss you from now until we meet again. You were a blessing to your mother, father, grandparents, great-grandmother, aunts, and uncles that were able to be there and hold and kiss you. Although we must say goodbye, we know it is not forever and we know that you are with God and are among his angels now.

He was predeceased by great-grandfather, Paul Judkins Sr.; great-grandmother, Joann Judkins; great-grandfather, Carl "Diddy" Nickels; great-grandmother, Sandra Feltis; great-grandparents, Carolyn and Fernald Carter; great-uncle, David Nickels; uncle, John "Cooner" Baker; and cousins, Ian Sanborn, Bubba Boynton, Tom Tom Simmons.

He is survived by his parents, Kenneth Judkins and Olivia Carter of Waldoboro; grandparents, Norman Carter and wife Ramona of Waldoboro; grandparents, Scott Reynolds and wife Mary Jean Reynolds; grandfather, Paul Judkins of Deer Isle; great-grandmother, Alberta Nickels of Union; great-grandmother, Joyce Carter; great-grandmother, Olive Pierce; great-great-grandmother, Helen Asbury; great-great-grandmother, Thurley Gray; aunts and uncles, Leanne and Josh Harvey, Norma Carter and Shawn Sabins, Colleen Lopes and Matt Wheeland, Frank Lopes, Jacob Carter, Nola Judkins and Tana Jaques, Robbie Judkins, Erica Leigh, Derek Leigh, Donny Kerns, Brandon Bissey, Kyle Bragdon, and Jake Wood; great-aunts and uncles, Sherry Judkins, David Judkins, Naomi Judkins, Donna Thompson and Bradley Nevells, Elliot and Diane Gray, Gleason and Wendy Gray, Glen and Christine Gray, Ruthie and Ronald Poland, Nancy and Rick Taylor, Bimbo and Manola Carter, Luke and Debby Carter, Ralph and Charlene Boyington, Donny and Joyce Boyington, Ellick Carter, Daniel and Michelle Carter, Chris Carter, Billy Sanborn, Barbara and Neal Harvey, Laurie and Tom Simmons, Joyce Butler and Ricky Nickels, Carl and Maria Nickels, Jeannie and Billy Collins, Kathy Collins, Chipper Collins, Percy Nickels, Jody Nickels and Mike Thompson and Penny Gray; and cousins, Shelby Lopes, Quinntion Lopes, Bryant Harvey, Owen Harvey, Gage Judkins, Autumn Judkins, Justice Whittiker, Tyler Moore, Nikita York, Nicholas York, Elizabeth Sabins, and Lauren Bissi.

A private service will be held for the family.
